Commissioned by the Norwegian oil and gas group Statoil ASA we have built the largest natural gas liquefaction plant in Europe on the island of Melkøya off Hammerfest. The plant came into operation in 2008 and has a production capacity of 4.3 million tonnes of liquefied natural gas per annum from the Barents Sea.
